Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Unfortunately, it seems that the IBNS is having a bit of a server problem although this is just speculation. The other link is http://www.theibns.org/ but it doesn't work as well. I was able to visit their site sans problems just a few weeks ago so I hope they will be back online soon. Are you planning on adhering to the society?
