Greetings dear visitor!
I'm very pleased to welcome you to the official site of my money collection. My goal as a notaphilist aka banknote collector is to acquire at least one aesthetically pleasing banknote from every recognized state (and overseas territory) in the world and showcase them in no more than one album. This is in keeping with the Bank's motto Multum, Non Multa (literally Much, Not Many) which underlines the collection's emphasis on quality and beauty, not quantity.
This restriction presents the following advantages :
- As the collection grows, banknotes with plain/boring designs are sold/swapped and replaced by more beautifully designed banknotes.
- Maintaining only one album allows me to focus my attention on it and thus improve it.
- It is safer and more practical to carry only one album around, rather than several albums.
